Lucy421 > Goose Creek Trail Map -- Honors Hike Route: Starts at north trailhead below Brundage Reservoir, 2.5 miles to the Falls, then backtrack 1/4 mile to bridge, across, and 1 mile up to Goose Creek Falls trailhead at bottom of map.
Lucy421 > Drive north from McCall on Warren Wagon road. Pearl Creek Road is on the right side of the road south of Upper Payette Lake and is clearly marked. The road in gets rougher as you proceed and requires SUV or pickup truck clearance. Trailhead is to Crest Line Trail (Trail #109). Pearl is off the trail to your left. The trail continues south to Brush Lake (a trophy lake) and Box Lake. The time to visit Pearl is in September or October; earlier it has a lot of foot and horseback traffic. Fishing is fairly good.
Lucy421 > Map - Locations of the three Cly Lakes, Little, Middle ("Lower"), and Big ("Upper"). Trailhead for Middle via Little is at Lick Creek Summit. Trailhead for Big is where Lick Creek Road coming down from the summit horseshoes directly west of Big Cly. Little Cly is about a half mile as the crow flies, Middle about a crow's mie further and Big about a crows mile from its trailhead. Middle is a demanding hike, and Big is a bear, about two real miles with serious elevation gain and loss. Fishing can be pretty good at both Middle and Big, ok at Little but its name fits the trout there.

Lucy421 > Cly Map 2 - The "trailhead," such as it is, is right at Lick Creek Summit (which is marked) off the road (21, Warren Wagon Road out of McCall). A dirt road turns off to the right. Keep right on that road for about 100 yards, which is about as far in as you can drive. Continue on the road until you see a strange metal contraption, in the vicinity of which the trail goer off to the left and pretty much straight up (East). The trail disappears periodically, but you'll find it again near the top, and you can follow it easily to Little Cly. DON'T drift off to your left and downward before you get to the top, where you'll see Little Cly, and Middle Cly off in the distance. To continue on to Middle Cly (and by-pass Little Cly if you like), follow the trail maintaining elevation to the right of Little Cly. You'll eventually hook left and down. Check for Cairns and try to stay on the trail. But, one way or another, work your way down to the meadow ESE of Little Cly. For more, see Middle Cly gallery. Little Cly has easy to catch small Eastern Brooks, good eating but not too exciting to catch.
Lucy421 > Cly Map 1 - That's Little Cly to the NW, location UTM 85271-87269. The other two Clys: 86427-86925, 86162-86010.
