Yamaha Pianica 34/Pianica P-34/P-34A/P-34C 1970?-1979
The earlier Pianica 34 was introduced in the 1960s and succeeded in the early 1970s by the Pianica P-34. From the carrying case, the model shown here likely dates to around 1970 and is probably unchanged from the earlier Pianica 34. It is similar in appearance and sound to the 1960s Pianica 32A but has some unusual design features, likely inspired by the Borel Clavietta. Very rare and a highly desirable vintage melodica. One of the most sophisticated designs among Japanese keyboard harmonicas.
